‘KARMA: The Dark World’ Invades Your Mind Today on PC and PS5 [Trailer]

Obviously, when you use the likes of David Lynch, Hideo Kojima, and Christopher Nolan as inspiration for your game, people will want to check it out. That’s what Wired Productions and Pollard Studio are betting on with their sci-fi horror title KARMA: The Dark World, which is out today on PC via Steam (with a 10% discount until April 10), the Epic Games Store and PlayStation 5, with a release on the Xbox Series at a later date.

KARMA: The Dark World blends psychological horror with immersive storytelling, challenging players to uncover the deepest secrets hidden in the minds of their targets. Taking place in 1984 East Germany, players take on the role of Daniel McGovern, an elite Roam Agent working for Leviathan Corp’s Thought Bureau, and tasked with mind-diving into the memories of suspects.

What begins as another routine investigation soon unravels into a dark conspiracy that challenges everything he believes. As McGovern navigates the minds of those he pursues, he must confront disturbing truths and question his own reality.

In addition to the standard edition of the game, there is also a Digital Deluxe Edition, which includes an exclusive soundtrack by Geng Li, a digital EP, and a digital artbook.
