Dezeen Showroom: with mixed metals, elevated detailing and advanced cooking technology, the Rise induction range by US brand JennAir brings a professional feel into the kitchen.

JennAir's 48-inch Rise induction cooker features details such as brushed brass collars around its bladed knobs, creating a luxurious mix of metals that complements brass accents elsewhere in a kitchen.

Another detail is the knurled handle in front of the oven, with the machined diamond texture recalling the look of fine jewellery, according to JennAir.

The top of the cooker combines an adaptable induction hob with a built-in griddle that is infused with chrome – a naturally non-stick material that will maintain its polish and non-stick capabilities even after heavy use and scratching.

The induction hob features JennAir's Flex-Choice zones, allowing it to be used as two separate elements or one large continuous cooking surface.

The hob also includes Assisted Cooking modes that allow the user to select an optimal power level for simmering, melting or keeping food warm. The range is available in a choice of two colours – traditional Rise or minimalist Noir.
